WHAT IS YOUR BOTTLES WEIGHT AND DIMENSIONS?
The bigger 450ml GoodGlass bottle weights 550g and its dimensions are 24 cm x 7 cm, while the smaller 350ml GoodGlass weights 450g and its dimensions are 20 cm x 7 cm. The mean of both sizes is therefore kept. The GoodWood thermo-bottle is ultra light, weights only 380g and its dimensions are the same as the bigger GoodGlass, 24 cm x 7 cm.
IS THE LID LEAK PROOF?
While transporting your bottle, you don’t need to worry that your beverage will run into your bag or backpack. Our lids are fully leak proof for most drinks. The exception you need to be more careful with are sparkling beverages such as beer, lemonade or “burčák”. 🙂 Just remember to always make sure your lid is tightly screwed on!
WHERE ARE YOUR BOTTLES MADE?
GoodGlass bottles are made in China, in a place, where the highest possible quality, care, and fair production is ensured. All materials for production are coming from local sources.
HOW DO I CLEAN MY BOTTLE? IS IT DISHWASHER SAFE?
Make sure you wash your bottle thoroughly before using it for the first time. GoodGlass bottle or filter can go in the dishwasher. The parts, which are made of natural bamboo (the lid, GoodWood thermo-bottle), need to be hand-washed and should NOT be left to soak in the sink, which can cause it to warp or crack.
CAN I POUR HOT OR COLD WATER TO MY GOODGLASS? IS IT SAFE TO PUT MY GOODGLASS IN THE FREEZER?
Every GoodGlass is made of borosilicate glass which can handle extreme temperature changes. So you can pour boiling or cold water into it without having to worry. What more, borosilicate glass also makes GoodGlass really good at keeping your drink hot or cold for longer. Don’t freeze any liquid inside of it as the expansion can break the glass.
THE SILICON SEAL CAME OUT OF MY LID. IS THAT NORMAL?
Our products are designed with functionality and hygiene in mind. Each part is intentionally created to be removable to make washing and maintaining your bottle easier. This includes the BPA-free, silicone seal. That said, the seal can occasionally come loose and need to be put back in. To get the seal fitted snugly in the lid, we recommend using something narrow, like the handle of a spoon.
THE FILTER DOESN’T FIT TIGHTLY IN MY BOTTLE. WHAT’S UP WITH THAT?
Your filter was carefully designed to fit perfectly into your bottle. All bottles are unique so filters don’t always fit in-between. That said, it might require some adjusting until you get that extremely satisfying “snap” it’s designed for. You do this by adjusting the position of the small steel dimples (on the side of the filter) that lock the filter into the bottle.
CAN I BUY JUST THE BOTTLE OR LID SEPARATELY?
HOW DOES YOUR FREE RETURN POLICY WORK?
Not satisfied or wrong order? No problem. We want your experience with GoodGlass to be as enjoyable and hassle-free as possible - even when it comes to returns:
1) First, contact us within two weeks of receiving your order to let us know about the problem. For faster processing, please include a photo of the problem. Also let us know if you’d like a replacement product or a refund.
2) In most cases, you simply need to take the box to your nearest Zasilkovna location, and they will ship it back to us at NO COST TO YOU.
3) As soon as we receive and process your return, we’ll refund your money or ship you another product, whichever you prefer.
4) We’ll send you an email to let you know everything’s done.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We use GoPay’s integrated system for quick, safe and reliable bank transfers & credit card payments. In some locations, you can also choose Cash On Delivery and pay when you receive the goods, just remember to set the website to your local currency. Whatever works best for you.
HOW SECURE IS SHOPPING ON YOUR SITE? IS MY DATA PROTECTED?

WHAT DELIVERY OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?
To deliver your order as quick & easy as possible, we are using services of GLS/PPL for home & office deliveries (1-3 days), & Zásilkovna for pickup points (1-5 days). Why Zasilkovna? Not only are their shipping rates hard-to-beat, they have more than 2000 pickup points in 6 countries. If you order to a Zasilkovna pickup location they can hold your order for you for up to 2 weeks.
