HOW DO I CLEAN MY GOODGLASS? IS IT DISHWASHER SAFE?

First off, make sure you wash your GoodGlass before using it for the first time.

Beyond that, everything but the parts, which are made of natural bamboo (the GoodGlass lid & GoodWood) can go in the dishwasher. The bamboo parts needs to be hand-washed and should NOT be left to soak in the sink, which can cause it warp or crack.
If you are washing the bottle by hand, be gentle & preferably use a brush or a sponge.

CAN I POUR HOT OR COLD WATER TO MY GOODGLASS? IS IT SAFE TO PUT MY GOODGLASS IN THE FREEZER?

Every GoodGlass is made of borosilicate glass which can handle extreme temperature changes. So you can pour boiling or cold water into it without having to worry. What more, borosilicate glass also makes GoodGlass really good at keeping your drink hot or cold for longer. However don’t freeze any liquid inside of it as the expansion can break the glass.

THE FILTER DOESN’T FIT TIGHTLY IN MY GOODGLASS. WHAT’S UP WITH THAT?

Your filter was carefully designed to fit perfectly into your bottle. All bottles are unique so filters don’t always fit in-between. That said, it might require some adjusting until you get that extremely satisfying “snap” it’s designed for. You do this by adjusting the position of the small steel dimples (on the side of the filter) that lock the filter into the bottle.If you're still having problems contact us and we will do our best to help you.

THE SILICON SEAL CAME OUT OF MY LID. IS THAT NORMAL?

Our products are designed with functionality and hygiene in mind. Each part is intentionally created to be removable to make washing and maintaining your bottle easier. This includes the BPA-free, silicone seal. That said, the seal can occasionally come loose and need to be put back in. To get the seal fitted snugly in the lid, we recommend using something narrow, like the handle of a spoon. If you think there is something wrong with it, don't hestitate to contact us.

CAN I BUY THE BOTTLE OR LID SEPARATELY?

Do you need a new lid? Or do you already have a lid and would like to order a new bottle? No problem! We offer both separately for a reduced price, just follow the links below or find them in the shop page.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We use GoPay’s integrated system for quick, safe and reliable bank transfers & credit card payments. In some locations, you can also choose Cash On Delivery and pay when you receive the goods. Whatever works best for you.

WHAT DELIVERY OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?

To make getting your GoodGlass as easy as possible, we’ve partnered up with Zasilkovna. Not only are their shipping rates hard-to-beat, they also offer numerous shipping options (including home delivery through other carriers) and have 1664 pickup points in 6 countries. If you order to a Zasilkovna pickup location they can hold the GoodGlass for you for up to 2 weeks.

HOW DOES YOUR FREE RETURN POLICY WORK?

Not satisfied or wrong order? No problem. We want your experience with GoodGlass to be as enjoyable and hassle-free as possible—even when it comes to returns:

1) First, contact us within two weeks of receiving your GoodGlass to let us know about the problem. For faster processing, please include a photo of the problem. Also, let us know if you’d like a replacement GoodGlass or a refund.

2) In most cases, you simply need to take the box to your nearest Zasilkovna location, and they will ship it back to us at NO COST TO YOU.

3) As soon as we receive and process your return, we’ll refund your money or ship you another GoodGlass, whichever you prefer.

4) We’ll send you an email to let you know everything’s done.
